SHERI L. McINTOSH
Sheri McIntosh has lived in Wilmington most of her life and graduated from Wilmington High School in 1982. Sheri started her career in real estate, while working her way through college, in an appraisal office. After graduating from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she continued her education in Real Estate Appraisal and opened her own appraisal business in 1998. In 2011 she expanded into real estate sales and has worked as a sales agent and appraiser since that time. Sheri also serves as the President of the Clinton County Board of Realtors.
After years of successfully serving the local area, Sheri decided to start her own hometown, family-run brokerage so she can ensure that her clients benefit from her years of experience, local expertise, and heartfelt mission to meet each of their unique real estate needs. Sheri feels there is no greater professional satisfaction than running into a family she’s helped through the home buying experience and hearing how happy they are in their new home!
Sheri lives in Wilmington with her husband J.D. Their family is completed by their two children, Victoria and Mason, and their three grandchildren.
MIKE McCARTY
Mike McCarty has been helping clients with their real estate needs since 2017. Mike is a member of the Clinton County Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. McCarty has been very involved in Clinton County as a successful small business owner for over two decades and has been involved in many local organizations including: Wilmington/Clinton County Chamber Board, Clinton County Foundation Board, Clinton-Massie Local School Board, Clinton/Fayette Business Advisory Council, and Leadership Clinton.
Additionally, Mike was a proud member of the 178th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard and retired after 20 years of service. During his tenure as a business owner and member of the Ohio Air National Guard he earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
McCarty lives in Clarksville, Ohio with his lovely wife Pandy and his two children, Mia and Will.

Billy comes to McIntosh Real Estate Services with over 20 years of real estate experience, specializing in agricultural sales and residential property in the Clinton County community. Billy is known for his integrity within the industry and his compassion in the funeral industry as co-owner/partner in the Brown Funeral Homes in Wilmington.
He has given countless hours to community initiatives and has served on numerous boards, including three terms as the president of the Clinton County Board of Realtors.
A lifelong resident of Clinton County, Billy and his wife Beth live in the New Antioch area on the family farm where they raised their four daughters Baylah (Kelly) Penquite, Brelee, Bryah and Bradeanna Arehart. Billy has two grandchildren, Acie Ann and Wyoma Nell.
